The service works off the principle of ‘ready to put away’, that is to say, minimal effort for the customer. Then the clothes are brought back once they are clean within two weeks.
In order to make it even easier for the customer, the brand have created a website which is very ergonomic, from which it’s possible to order in an instant and with very short delays (orders can be collected within 30 minutes). Le Lavoir Moderne also has its own app, for those who like to order by smartphone.
Overall the concept has everything needed to please a generation of young, connected people. The proof is that it was selected to feature in an interactive PagesJaunes video by Breakbot called My Toy.
