Clothing brand Anthropologie creates plant wall in its London retail store
Opened in 2009 on 158 Regent Street in London, American clothing brand Anthropologie has created a giant plant wall in-store, named ‘the living wall’.
This 200 m² eco-display reflects Anthropologie’s go-green ethos and efforts to recycle materials, something their bloggers are passionate about. “Apart from their clothing which I love, it’s the architecture and in-store layout, especially the Living Wall that makes me love shopping there. I was lucky enough to meet one of the staff who waters and looks after the wall, removing dead leaves, and I said to myself ‘If only every store in London had a nature wall inside their building’” wrote a blogger on The Photo Story of my Life.
