Every Wednesday, the Nicolas Bernardé patisserie is transformed into a workshop for cake lovers. In a relaxed atmosphere, adults and children are accompanied by the ‘Best Baker in France’ as they learn the steps to baking the perfect cake. Programs can be adapted to a customer’s individual needs, ranging from baking a cake to an advanced baking lesson.

By focusing on children and adults, the workshop is designed to be fun and creative, while maintaining the current trend of ‘Do It Yourself’. This initiative attracts gastronomes who see themselves as more than just consumers, and strong bonds are created between the company and its clients.
