In London, Tap Coffee has given itself the goal of revolutionising the customer experience by organising coffee workshops on site.
Tap Coffee has always prioritised the quality of its grains, which has become its trademark. On site at Tap Coffee, there are now themed workshops. Loyal and passing customers can learn more about the products they are consuming, both the origins and their transformation. They are also taught the basics of the job: grinding machines, coffee machines and those used to make espressos are explained. Customers can then go to the other side of the bar and visit behind the scenes of the job of being a coffee maker.
