The Seattle’s Best Coffee cafe organised a Facebook vote asking online followers to choose which drink they want to be on offer each week.

In a bid to increase customer communication with their brand, Seattle’s Best Coffee set up a Facebook vote in May 2013 allowing their online followers to vote for their favourite drink out of four options (two hot drinks and two cold, all caramel flavour). Every day, the brand posts the number of votes gained by each drink, encouraging followers to vote.

Then Seattle’s Best Coffee finally decided to make the winning drink free for two weeks. Online fans had only to print out their discount coupon from the café’s Facebook page and bring it to the cafe in order to receive their Frozen Caramel Candy Latte on the house.

In Seattle, a cafe lets customers choose which drink will be on offer the week afterThis initiative not only made customers happy, especially given how sought-after coupons and freebies are in the States, but also boosted Facebook fan numbers  by 20% during the two-week offer.
